Strategic Cyber Analysis Simulation

In conjunction with the University of North Georgia Mike Cottrell College of Business Center for Cyber Operations Education, WDC will be staging the Analytical War Game-Cyber (AWG-C) in Atlanta, GA for military and defense industry personnel. This session will focus on assessing international and domestic cyber threats to U.S. national security. Participants will be called on to understand, predict, and advise senior U.S. government decision makers about strategic threats and how the cyber domain enables them. The intent of the simulation is to broaden exposure to cyber issues and improve analytical and dissemination processes. In particular, it is useful for personnel who are impacted by cyber threats, yet aren’t always aware to what degree, such as commanders, command staff, planners, and operational personnel.

The event will be held at the Promenade, located at 1230 Peachtree St. in Atlanta, GA from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 8, 2018. Admission is $100 per person to be payable online through the link below. Although the focus of the war game will be on military and national security issues, admission is open to the public and not limited to defense personnel.
